IGL hosted academics and practitioners from Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, Luxembourg, and Switzerland for a two-day seminar on e-participation in Tallinn on May 28-29, 2019. How to plan, develop and assess e-participation initiatives? What have we learnt so far? These are some of the questions the team tackles, apart from enjoying the cool nights in Tallinn!
