IGL joins Estonian state visit to Portugal

IGL executive director Nele Leosk is participating in the business delegation of the President of Estonia’s state visit to Portugal on April 16-19, 2019. One of the main topics for the two-day visit is the cooperation in digital governance between the two countries, and a MoU on digital health was signed to develop online services between Portugal and Estonia.
